By default, a printer's Info window displays print jobs in a table with their names, status, and build start/end times. You can display more or less information by selecting which columns are displayed in the table. To do this, display the printer's Info window (see Displaying a Printer's Info Window). To choose columns, select View, Columns. A dialog box appears:
