Deleting or Aborting Print Jobs

To delete a print job:

  1. Display the printer's Info window. See Displaying a Printer's Info Window.
  2. Select the print job you want to delete.
  3. To select several jobs, press and hold the Ctrl key, then click on the jobs.

  4. Click the Delete or Delete All button, or select Delete or Delete All from the Job menu.
  5. To delete all jobs, click the Delete All button or select Job, Delete All.
  6. If you use Delete All, and there are any saved jobs, the system will ask you whether you want to delete saved jobs as well as other ones.

The system lists all the jobs selected for deletion, with the Job Status for each, and asks you to confirm the deletion.

NOTE: You can delete a job that is currently building; this aborts the printing operation. However, the job status will continue to show as "Building" until someone confirms the deletion at the machine.
