Print queues are specific to individual client software installations. When you open an Info window for a specific printer, you see all the print jobs you have submitted, plus any that others have submitted which have reached Pending or Build status.

Print jobs with Needs Confirm or Saved status are only visible and accessible on your own print queue, from your own computer.
