Ending or Submitting a Previewed Job

Once you start a preview of a print job, you can end it by aborting the print job, submitting the preview job, or closing the preview window.

You can't exit a preview until all the parts fit, unless you abort the print job.

If you abort the print job, both the preview job and the original job disappear from the print queue.

Submitting a Previewed Print Job

When you are satisfied with the job you are previewing, click the Submit button on the main toolbar to send the job to the printer. The job will transition to Pending status. No more changes can be made to the job (see Why Can't I Make Changes in the Preview Window?).

Closing the Preview Window

If you close the window, the system asks whether you want to submit the job.

If you choose not to, the window closes, the preview print job disappears from your queue, and any changes you made in the Preview window are lost.

If you choose to submit it, the preview print job ends and the original print job changes to Pending status, incorporating any changes you made in the Preview window. No further changes can be made to the job.
