    DixiPCIcfg.exe, DixiUSBcfg.exe and DixiETHcfg.exe
  - There used to be two different versions of the Dixi2 PCI device driver MDILL.sys:
one that uses IRQ and one that doesn't. Now they are combined. The usage of IRQ
can be defined using DidapiConfig program. IRQ is required for Proline pan/ceph
and for Dixi2/Dixi with Planmeca Intra (to get the exposure values from intra)
  - The files i386null.sys ja i386null.inf are no longer needed. They took care of
an unused function in the PCI card; it is now taken care by MDILL.INF.

(=The used binned sensor resolution. Image magnification is not included!)
     - TWAIN: Image contains now pixel information in DPI (dots per inch) of the binned sensor size.
       (Image magnification is not included.)

4.2.0 Release notes (4.5.2007)
      - PIXELSIZE parameter in information file for Intra Dixi2/3 was not get. Fixed.

      - New control parameter 'AllowSave Settings' enables/disables 'Save Settings' check box

     TWAIN interface 'twaindidapi.src'
      - Changes as in DidapiUI.dll interface

4.1.4 Release notes (16.03.2006)
       - New TWAIN source file 'twaindidapi.src':
               1) DIDAPI parameter DAP (Dose Area Product) is also burned into image if 'BurnImageInfo' parameter
                  in 'didapiUI.ini' is set.
      - New complilation of 'twack_32.exe' sample program of TWAIN Working Group. Program crashed when trying to
take an exposure using ProMax Ethernet driver

4.1.3 Release notes (03.02.2006)
	- New 'didapiUI.dll' version and Dimaxis TWAIN source:
   		1) Formatting of numeric image parameters in image information file.
   		2) Warning if no calibration file detected in Intra exposure mode.

4.1.1 Release notes (2005/12/02)
     - Child mode image corrected. DIDAPI layer always removes the extra white borders when
the image is finally saved. The saved image contained wrong height, therefore the final TWAIN
       image was not correct.

4.1.0 Release notes (2005/11/11)

different values than the 'didapi.ini' file in CD 'didapi' folder. New installation
moves the TWAIN folder ini file if TWAIN source component is selected, but if only 'Didapi'
component is selected then 'Didapi' folder file will be moved.
     - DidapiUI and TWAIN interfaces: New parameter 'SaveSettings' in new section 'GENERAL'
       for control file 'didapiUI.ini'.
     - New DIDAPI exposure and Planmeca device parameters fetch. All parameters are saved into
       image information file.

=======================================
3) InstallShield Setup Program History
=======================================

4.3.1 Release notes (Upd_A) (2007/10/04)
	- In update installation new config missing parameters are added and the values are set according
to the answer of update question. Answer NO then new feature is not on.
	- New installation: With direct DIDAPI integration Logaritmic mapping setting is not
on by default (changed didapi.ini file). This when only DIDAPI component is selected.
When selecting 'DidapiUI' component, Log mapping is on by default.

4.1.1 Release notes (2005/12/02)
        - 4.1.0 TWAIN/DIDAPI installation program contained a file 'imagearc.dll' that is not needed in
TWAIN or DIDAPI interfaces !! Imagearc.dll 4.1.0 is not compatible Dimaxis 4.0.2 or older and caused
Dimaxis 4.0.2 or older to crash if and when only DIDAPI drivers were updated (but not Dimaxis).
Dimaxis and imagearc.dll should always have same version numbers. In that case manual copying of original
imagearc.dll that is compatible with Dimaxis version will fix the Dimaxis problem.

4.1.0 Release notes (2005/11/11)
            - installation program wrote Configuration File Path without directory separator ('\' character)
at the end of the string. It caused problems in DidapiConfig program.
            - in some cases TWAIN installation updated the system environment variable 'Path' using wrong
string type in the registry. The correct type is expanded string REG_EXPAND_SZ.
(old installation can be corrected manually e.g. adding ';' character at the end of the 'Path'
string. Use Control Panel/System/Advanced/Environment Variable and save the edited string)

4.0.2 Release notes (2005/08/22)
Twain source file includes now DidapiUI layer level, and does not use anymore
            the DidapiUI.dll library.

2005/05/18 Win98/ME are not supported anymore by DIDAPI Kit 4.x setup program

2004/10/06 Detection of Dimaxis installation added. If no previous DIDAPIKIT or no command
line parameter given, Dimaxis application path will be given as a default path.
2004/08/10 Twain source support added. Uses DIDAPI via DidapiUI.dll library.

Note ! If a command line parameter is given to setup.exe program,'setup <folder_name> ',
the folder name will be treated as default Didapi installation path.

(in the registry of WinME/NT/2000/XP, a new PATH line into autoexec.bat in Win98).
   - Planmeca folder is added into Startup menu. Folder contains links to Planmeca device
setting programs and a link to this 'readme.txt' file

NOTE ! Unistallation will not delete didapi path from 'Path' environment variable
     It must be deleted manually.

NOTE ! Installation/Uninstallation creates a log file
'DidapiKit__<date>.log' into the system folder <WINDIR>. (WINNT or WINDOWS)

'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Planmeca\DidapiKit' key will contain a 'DidapiKitPath' string variable.
Variable keeps the installation folder path.
